How long will my order take to arrive?
The answers to this depend on several factors which are fully described by our Purchase, Shipping and Delivery page.
We currently are able to offer free shipping to the US, UK, AU, NZ and IR. For these locations, please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive. Most orders arrive much sooner, but delivery times may vary according to location and time of year!
We do serve other countries but we need to process your order manually and communicate with you before your purchase. Again, this is clarified on our Shipping page.
In the meantime, we are working towards offering a more robust payment platform that handles the complexities of our many suppliers, their shipping options, international carriers and shipping times.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking numbers are usually provided through our suppliers in our shipping emails, but in case they haven't and you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number. Now you can track your parcel through our new Order Tracking page!
What if I want to return an item?
We do returns on items under some circumstances. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

How can I pay for my order?
Payments are made by placing items and moving through our Checkout Cart. Accepted payment methods at Gifts for Difficult Mothers are: credit card, debit card and PayPal.
Currently our checkout cart is equipped to automatically process orders from US, UK, AU, NZ and IR. Any other countries are welcome to enquire about the product they would like prior to purchasing, so we can clarify the cost and shipping options available for the product you want to your location before purchasing as per our Purchase Shipping and Delivery page.
Will my order arrive all in one parcel?
Great question! Although your order may arrive in one parcel, it may arrive in separate parcels depending on our suppliers. If you have specific questions about your orders, please feel free to contact us!
